For the past few years Georgie ran FizzPopBANG NZ - a brand employee engagement agency that was on a mission to make the world whistle on their way to work. And we did.

FizzPopBANG brought values to life, launched culture programmes, designed employee experiences and helped organisations create moments that people genuinely felt part of.

But along the way something became very clear…the part we loved most wasn’t just the big idea. It was taking the spark of an idea and turning it into something real - aligning people, building momentum, designing the experience and driving it all the way across the finish line.

The messy middle. The human stuff. The “how on earth do we make this actually happen?” part. That’s where we came alive.

So Curious Georgie was born.

It’s not a departure from FizzPopBANG - it’s the evolution of it.

Curious Georgie still does the creative, human-centred work that made FizzPopBANG special - but now leans further into creative project leadership.

The space where:

big ideas meet real-world delivery
strategy turns into action
teams align around momentum
and good work actually lands

We bring curiosity, energy and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset - asking the right questions, spotting what others miss and helping teams move from thinking about the work to getting it done.

Because the world needs people who can turn ideas into reality.

And that’s what Curious Georgie is all about.

TURNING IDEAS INTO REALITY

TURNING IDEAS INTO REALITY -

Text that says "the curious georgie model" written in pink, cursive font.

Great ideas don’t fail because they aren’t good enough.

They fail because somewhere between the idea and the execution… things get messy.

People aren’t aligned.
Momentum drops.
The detail gets overwhelming.
Or the idea simply never leaves the workshop.

This is where Curious Georgie comes in.

Steps for creative process: 1. Curiosity - Start with the right questions; 2. Insight - Find what others might miss; 3. Idea - Design the sparkly idea; 4. Alignment - Bring people with you; 5. Experience - Design the moment; 6. Delivery - Make it happen. Each step is connected by a pink line.

We help organisations move ideas through six stages - from early curiosity to something real that people truly experience:
